The dateformat in a cell do not follow the Measure format - It should And the date settings only apply to the date picker and not to the format in the cell - it should apply to both.

If any meta measure is added to the configurations, please ensure it is updated every time a change is made to the transaction line. For example, if I update the description of a product and press save, not only should the description be updated, but any meta measure with a corresponding column in the table should also be updated.
