Highlighting Editable vs. Non-Editable Columns in new rows

When new rows are added to the table, it appears that non-editable columns receive the same styling as editable ones. This creates confusion for users, as it seems like all cells can be edited, even though some are defined as read-only.
To improve clarity and usability, it's nice to visually distinguish editable and non-editable cells in newly created rows.

in the picture, budgetID and Account is non-editable columns, but when i create new rows they have the same styling as all the other columns.
